01 / The details
This legendary 35-acre private island represents the pinnacle of Miami Beach luxury, home to celebrities, business magnates, and international elites whose estates demand impeccable service. With only 34 properties, each commanding multi-million dollar values, our pool maintenance must meet exacting standards where perfection is baseline expectation. Green Pool Recovery is a specialty call in Star Island, not a routine one. The right approach depends on the pool's history and the conditions specific to this part of Miami-Dade, from Exclusive Island Estate Community to areas near Private Waterfront Estates. For green pool recovery, those local conditions shape how we schedule access, inspect the pool, select materials or treatments, and plan follow-up work.
