• Leak detection and repair

3. Service Agreement

Upon scheduling services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure safe access to your pool area
• Maintain pool equipment in working condition
• Pay for services according to agreed terms
• Notify us of any changes to service requirements

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Services are billed according to the agreed schedule
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards and checks
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

• Regular service cancellations require 48-hour notice
• One-time service cancellations require 24-hour notice
• No-shows may be charged a service fee
• Refunds are issued for unsatisfactory work when reported within 24 hours
• Weather-related cancellations are rescheduled at no charge

6. Liability and Insurance

Blueviel Pool Services maintains appropriate liability insurance. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues
• Customer must report any damage within 24 hours
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not responsible for acts of nature or third parties

7. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant us:

• Access to your pool area during scheduled service times
• Permission to use necessary utilities (water, electricity)
• Right to photograph pool area for service documentation
• Authority to enter property even if no one is home

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
